Dealer terms
Authorized sales channel
Dealer is authorized to resell Tandem products only through its approved physical retail location(s). “In-store” means face-to-face sales to customers inside Dealer’s shop or at Dealer-run in-person events such as clinics, pop-ups, or similar events.
No online or marketplace sales
Dealer may not sell Tandem products online, whether directly through Dealer’s own website or through any third-party online marketplace, including Amazon, eBay, Reverb, Walmart Marketplace, or similar channels. Promoting Tandem products online or on social media, including with photos and prices, is permitted, but all Tandem sales must be completed in-store at Dealer’s approved location(s).
No indirect online sales
Dealer may not work around this policy by selling Tandem products to another person or business that Dealer knows, or reasonably should know, will resell them online or through an online marketplace.
Monitoring and notice of violation
Tandem may monitor public listings and other available sources to check compliance with these terms. If Tandem discovers a violation, Tandem will notify Dealer using the contact information Dealer has provided.
Termination and loss of wholesale access
Tandem may terminate the dealer relationship in the event of violation. After termination, Dealer will lose access to Tandem wholesale pricing and may no longer purchase Tandem products as an authorized dealer.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout using any payment method accepted by Tandem at the time of purchase.
Returns for non-defective items
Dealer orders are not eligible for free returns. Unopened, unused, and resellable items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date only with Tandem’s approval. Approved returns of non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and Dealer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective items
If a Tandem product is defective, no restocking fee will apply. For approved defect-related returns, Tandem will provide return shipping and product replacements.
