Refund policy
We want you to love your Tandem products, and we offer a 60-day return policy just in case you don't.
Step 1 » To start a return, head to your account at https://account.tandemdrums.com and follow the prompts to request a return next to the item(s) you want to return.
Step 2 » Once your return is approved, you can then ship your item(s) back to us using the label provided. Please note we charge a small flat fee to help offset the shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note shipping charges are not refundable. If you return part of a bundle or multi-item discount, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the single-item pricing of the items you're keeping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hq@tandemdrums.com.
