Drops™ are a new way to enhance drum tone without gels or adhesives. Using only gravity, Drops reduce sustain with an active gate effect that lets the drum's natural tone come through upon impact. Use Drops on snares, rack toms and floor toms. Mix and match different weights to get your drum tone just right. Drops attach to any standard tension rod by a molded silicon tab. Just push on the thumbprint to attach, and pull up to remove. Designed by Tandem Drums in California. (Patents pending)

Work excellent...no residue...love 'em!!
I was really hoping the se would work. I bought two sets and this extra one. This extra one really has no weight at all has no effect on sound, especially when you hit the drums as hard as I do, when you clip it on the lug has no sound effect difference at all. If you lay it on the drum head it works a little but then of course when I hit the drum it bounces off, Don't mean to be a spoils for it. I personally just don't see the justification others do I know and I'm glad it works for them
The product has good quality and works, but honestly it’s too pricey. The smallest size is too bulky for cocktail kits. They muffle those tiny toms a lot.

Love them! They do exactly what they say and don't overly choke the drums. I use them on every snare drum now and I'm experimenting with the toms.
